Your Data & Your Payments, Protected

What we collect • Account details: your name, email, phone number and password (hashed, never stored in plain text). • Delivery details: the shipping addresses you save and the recipient names on your orders. • Order & payment history: what you bought and the payments you made. • Support messages: complaints and tickets you send us. We do not store full card numbers. Payments are made by bank transfer and reviewed by a person. Why we use it To create and secure your account, process and deliver orders, keep your payment records, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We never sell your data or share it for advertising. Who we share it with Only the parties needed to fulfil your order: the couriers Evri, Royal Mail and Yodel (name and delivery address), and our payment/bank providers for payment verification. All are bound by data-processing agreements. How long we keep it For as long as your account is open, plus the period we are legally required to retain financial records. When you delete your account we remove your personal data except records we must keep for tax and audit. Your rights You can access, correct or export your data, or ask us to delete it, from your profile page or by contacting support. You can also object to processing and lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. Security TLS everywhere, hashed passwords, encrypted sensitive fields, admin two-factor authentication, least-privilege access and continuous monitoring. If a breach ever affects you, we will tell you without undue delay. Cookies We use a small number of strictly-necessary cookies for sign-in and cart state. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
