How Refunds Work
Every approved return is refunded to your Synora Express account, quickly and in full.
Step 1
Request Within 14 Days
Open the order in your account and raise a return request within 14 days of delivery.
Step 2
Send It Back
Drop the parcel with Evri, Royal Mail or Yodel using the return label we email you.
Step 3
Fast Refund
Once the return is verified, the full amount is refunded to your Synora Express account — usually same day.

Eligibility
You can return most items within 14 days of delivery for any reason. The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with any tags still attached. Perishable goods, personalised items, pierced jewellery and opened hygiene products can't be returned unless they're faulty.
How to start a return
1. Go to Account → My Orders and open the order.
2. Choose "Request return" and tell us which items and why.
3. We email a prepaid label within one working day.
4. Attach the label, drop the parcel at any Evri, Royal Mail or Yodel point, and keep your proof of postage.
Your refund
As soon as our warehouse checks the item in, the full item price is refunded to your Synora Express account — normally the same day, and always within 3 working days.
Return postage
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: return postage is on us and the original delivery fee is refunded too. Change-of-mind returns: the label is free to use, but £2.49 is deducted from your refund to cover it.
Faulty items
If something arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact support within 30 days with a photo. We'll arrange a free return and a full refund or a replacement — your choice.
Returns FAQ
Most refunds are issued within a few hours of the returned item being checked in. Larger or disputed returns can take up to 3 working days.
